Typography Project 4

We dare not tempt them with weakness. For only when our arms are sufficient beyond doubt can we be certain beyond doubt that they will never be employed.

So let us begin anew—remembering on both sides that civility is not a sign of weakness, and sincerity is always subject to proof. Let us never negotiate out of fear. But let us never fear to negotiate.


This speech was done by John F. Kennedy. It was his inaugural speech. It took this type and created a poster out of it that was engaging. My goal of this type was to make it seem like builds or plants since the first part of the speech is about beginning anew. The blue was used to make a sky feel about it that completed the idea of the growing form.
